Booking Policies

Check In/Check Out
Check in is from 2pm on the day of arrival.
Check out time is 10am on the day of departure.
Early check in or a late departure may be available by prior arrangements.

Cancellation/Refunds
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges. Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
This includes where you do not arrive, and no cancellation has been received.
If credit card details are used to secure the booking, the charge will be made to the credit card number provided.

Charging policy
The motel reserves the right to charge the card account provided, for the full value of the accommodation booked, at any time prior to arrival. Cancellation policies do apply.

Smoking
All units in our complex are smoke free. Ashtrays are provided outside the units and outdoor furniture for each unit.
Please smoke outside and away from open windows, doors and other guests. In the event of someone having smoked in the room, or smoke is detected in the room from guests/visitors smoking near open doors or windows, we will engage a specialist cleaning company. We reserve the right to charge such costs and any resulting loss of income to the registered guest.

General
Visitors are permitted at the managements discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behaviour of all persons/visitors whilst on the property. All deliberate or reckless acts that result in damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behaviour resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest. Guests are requested to leave their vehicles on the road. Thank you.
